Call for Papers – AOJ Volume 1, Issue 2, 2025

The APCORE Online Journal (AOJ) invites submissions for its upcoming Volume 1, Issue 2, 2025, under the publication of the Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCORE), Inc.

AOJ serves as a peer-reviewed open-access platform that publishes multidisciplinary research focusing on education, social sciences, business, health sciences, technology, and sustainable development. The journal aims to advance knowledge that bridges theory and practice, strengthens collaboration among educators and researchers, and contributes to inclusive and sustainable growth in the Asia-Pacific region.


Scope and Focus

AOJ welcomes empirical studies, theoretical analyses, literature reviews, and practice-based research that address issues aligned with its core mission. Topics may include, but are not limited to:

  • Educational research, curriculum studies, and pedagogy

  • Sustainability practices and social innovation

  • Technological advancement and digital transformation

  • Organizational development, leadership, and policy studies

  • Interdisciplinary approaches to global and regional challenges


Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that have not been simultaneously submitted elsewhere. All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening for compliance with AOJ’s Aims and Scope, followed by a double-blind peer review to ensure academic integrity and quality.

Before making a submission, authors must:

  • Obtain permission to publish any material included in the manuscript (e.g., figures, datasets, or copyrighted materials).

  • Secure ethics approval where required by the nature of the research.

  • Ensure that all listed authors have consented to authorship and order of authorship.

  • Verify that the paper meets minimum scholarly and structural standards before submission.

Submissions not meeting these requirements may be desk-rejected prior to review.


Required Submission Documents

Authors must prepare and submit the following documents:

  1. AOJ-Declaration Form
    Confirms originality, absence of concurrent submission, and completion of similarity (≤15%) and AI content (≤10%) checks. Must include tools used, a valid ID of the corresponding author, and a signature.

  2. AOJ-Copyright Agreement
    Grants publication rights to AOJ and confirms compliance with ethical publication practices.

  3. AOJ-Submission of Article (Word File)
    Manuscript formatted according to the official AOJ template, including:

    • Abstract (200–250 words)

    • IMRAD structure (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion)

    • Tables and figures properly labeled

    • References in APA 7th Edition with DOIs

A detailed AOJ_Read Me (Author’s Guide) is available to assist authors in completing these requirements.

All manuscripts will be evaluated based on relevance to the journal’s scope, methodological rigor, contribution to knowledge, and clarity of presentation.
